In order to import your list into your app, you need to create a CSV (comma seperated values) file. Here's an example:

          first name,last name,extension
          John,Smith,123
          Jane,Smith,456
          Patrick,O'Leary,999

You can use a text editor to create your CSV file, or use a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel or Apple's Numbers and then export the data as a CSV file.

Once you're ready, open Extensions on your device, go to the list you want to add these extensions too and touch the import button.
